How to Shop.....
Browse by clicking on the menu to the left or make an entry in the "Search" box above for something inparticular. Click "More Information" on any item to see a larger image and also any drop-down lists to show any options and their prices. Please note the photos are not size related and the actual size of an item will be stated in the description. Click "Buy Now" to add an item to your Shopping Cart.
At this point you may be asked for information needed for your item. Leather items are specially made to suit your personal requirements and you may be asked about your choices - but these can be left blank if you wish to advise later. For information on the choices view "Leather Colours" and "Fixing Options" via the menu.
Regarding "Size", the measurement required is the overall length including fixing and any loose room for movement - and can be entered in mm or inches. (Useful tip if you are not sure: use a length of string or wool in place and then measure that). This size will then be used as a guide for the inside measurement of your item. The most popular sizes are:
Necklaces: Ladies - 406mm (16") / 431mm (17") / 457mm (18")
Gents - 457mm (18") / 508mm (20") / 558mm (22")
Bracelets: Ladies - 190mm (7.5")
Gents - 209mm (8.25")
The only other costs involved for your order are for posting & packing which starts at £2 for the UK (without insurance). They are automatically calculated at Checkout on a total order value basis and details plus insurance options are on the "Shipping" page which can be accessed via the menu on the left.
Payments .....
When you have finished shopping, just go through to your Shopping Cart for final checking and then proceed to Checkout to complete payment.
Credit/Debit Card or Paypal account :
At Checkout click the "Paypal" payment button and follow instructions. All credit or debit cards are processed through Paypal to keep your details private and secure - you do not have to become a member of Paypal to pay by Credit or Debit Card. Also, please note that some Credit/Debit cards do not accept a different delivery address to that of the card owner.
Cheque, Postal Order
At Checkout click the "Cheque" payment button, make payment out to "E E Ward" and then send to: Niki Ward, 56 Newland Lane, Ash Green, Coventry, CV7 9BA, England. Please note that a clearance period of 7 days is required for a cheque before your order can be processed.
On-line Bank Transfer
At Checkout click the "Cheque" payment button and then email Niki via "Contact Niki" on the menu and ask for details.
After Ordering .....
An order acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you gave and if more information is required to complete your order you will be contacted separately, otherwise you will be advised by email when your order has been despatched.
